My name is Belayet Hossen Hridoy, and I was born on 19 December 2001 in Parbatipur, Dinajpur, Bangladesh. From a young age, I was curious about technology and how it can change people’s lives.
I grew up in Parbatipur and did my early schooling there. With dedication to my studies, I achieved GPA 5.00 in both SSC and HSC examinations. Later, I moved to Dhaka and studied Political Science at Jagannath University, where I completed my bachelor’s degree with a CGPA of 3.44.
During my student life, I also started exploring the digital world. I began as a Junior Web Designer at Sozeeb WebX (2021–2022), where I built more than 20 websites for international clients using WordPress and Elementor. This experience gave me confidence and pushed me toward e-commerce and customer experience management.
In 2023, I joined BDSHOP.COM as a Customer Experience Executive. There, I handled orders, managed sales reports, created SEO-based product descriptions, and worked to improve customer satisfaction. In 2024, I moved to Fastrack Bangladesh as a Social Media & E-commerce Project Manager, where I launched fastrackbd.com, managed over 1,000 orders, and added more than 400 products to the store.
Alongside my job, I enjoy working on User Experience, branding, and digital content creation. I share some of my creative works on Dribbble and YouTube.
I believe in continuous learning, adaptability, and teamwork. My journey so far reflects how a young person from a small town can grow in Bangladesh’s digital and e-commerce industry with dedication and creativity.
